interface for statistical calculations, including average value, sum, or even standard
deviation. Simply select the desired lines and choose the appropriate statistical
function.
Keep On Top
• You can set your Total-it! to appear
on top of all other windows on your desktop, so you have convenient calculator power at
any time—even while editing a full-screen document. Also, Total-it! remembers your
favorite screen position, so it always appears in the same spot in your workspace.
Decimal Settings
• Display your preferred decimal
position, ranging from 0 to “as needed.” Or, you can set Total-it! to
automatically insert the decimal point for you—a quick trick for easy accounting.
Plus, Total-it! uses thousands separators (e.g., 1,000,000 vs. 1000000) according to your
preference.
Intelligent Copy
& Paste
• Copy tape entries to and from other
applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Notepad. Total-it! uses advanced
heuristic logic to extract the numerical information you want—ignoring extraneous
text and special formatting—to ensure accuracy.
